Motor Claims - In the event your vehicle is involved in an accident and gives rise to a claim, your vehicle must be removed to our approved repairers as per list attached. Click here to obtain our list of approved repairers page 1 & page 2. Please contact QBE Approved Repairers or QBE Claims Department at 03-78618400 to obtain the serialized Motor Claim form.

Submitting Your Claim Form
When you lodge your claim form, we need a signed declaration. For that reason, you should print out your selected claim form and submit in hardcopy, duly signed by mail or fax. Alternatively, you can also scan your completed and signed claim form and send it via email to our claims department.
We will advise you on the progress of your claim through your insurance broker/agent or directly.
